The inquiry form collects your name, email address, company, project type, budget range and project description. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, payment details or sensitive personal information.
How it is used
AI Armour ConsulTech uses these details only to understand your inquiry, respond to you and discuss potential services. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing communications, and your details are not sold or shared for advertising.
Where it is processed
Submissions are stored in the website’s database, hosted by Railway. A notification containing your inquiry is sent to our team’s mailboxes through Microsoft 365. Both providers process the data on our behalf and only to provide these services. Data may be processed outside your country of residence.
How long it is kept
Website inquiries are deleted from the website database automatically 12 months after submission. Emails that become part of an ongoing business conversation are kept only as long as needed for that relationship and our legal obligations.
How it is protected
Connections to this website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to stored inquiries is limited to people who need it to respond. The form has spam and abuse protections, and submitted text is treated as plain text.
Website technology
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP addresses and server logs, for a limited period.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you have submitted by emailing info@aiarmourconsultech.com or using the contact form. Include only the details needed to identify your earlier inquiry.
